Price-wise, yes it was certainly worth it.
The "Starlight Road" cards themselves, with all 3, are worth 15-20. That's not including the tin packs.
The value of the packs goes down slightly since they're Duelist Packs, which are largely trash, but you're still get about 24 packs of cards. Even at 2 dollars a pack, though packs are significantly more than that, it would already be worth the money.
That doesn't even take into account the two structure decks, which are also enough value to make up for it.
While I personally wouldn't pay the money for those cards, they are definitely worth it.
