Did the nurses in the Vietnam war have any specific pins or patches in addition to their uniforms?

If so, can you explain them to me? Or send a link for the picture? I'd really appreciate it.

The Army Nurse Corps uniform during the Vietnam War included pins consisting of the caduceus with the letter N superimposed on it.

Vietnam is an amazing country that grows its resources each day and is becoming more experienced in welcoming tourists from around the world. Tourism is fast becoming a growing industry for this South East Asian country. Vietnam is almost always sunny and hot and there are so many sights to see that choosing holidays Vietnam will make certain that you see plenty of highlights, especially if it is your first time here.

Hue is the imperial city that was ruled by Emperor Bao Dai until 1945 and it should be on your list of must-visit places. The last thirteen emperors called Hue their home, which is why the city has the title of the Imperial City. Sitting beside the fragrantly Perfume River, Hue is the third largest city in Vietnam. The walled fort, or the Citadel, has since been rebuilt, after it was badly damaged during the Vietnam War. Hue is now a major tourist attraction and you can also see the beautiful Chinese Temple on your visit here.

During your Vietnam holiday you must also make sure that you see the famous Cu Chi tunnels which are not far from the city of Saigon, now more commonly called Ho Chi Minh City, or HCMC. There are hundreds of incredible underground tunnels which were used as the Viet Cong headquarters during the Vietnam War. The tunnels are very intricate and amazingly well-planned with dead ends and punji pits, spiked bamboo, designed to keep out any unwanted visitors in the past.

To the north of the country is Hanoi, which has been the capital for over 800 years. There is a lot of French influence as the French occupied Vietnam until the mid 20th century. There is French architecture and influence to be seen throughout the city. Hanoi lies on the Red River and the University of Vietnam is also to be found here. There is also an old quarter and you can wander around old markets, where you can spend time bargaining and people watching. Watch the scores of mopeds as they weave through the city, where mopeds are the main form of transportation. There is a district where fine silk clothes are made and if you have your measurements to hand you you can always make some purchases.

There are literally hundreds of sights to see in this new tourist destination. You should visit before it is discovered by all, and enjoy the sights at your convenience without the hustle and bustle which can tire you out on a vacation. It is an affordable vacation that will leave you with unforgettable memories. There are some Americans living there who know the country well from America's involvement in Vietnam and can be hired out as efficient tour guides who speak your language.
