Should we blame Bush for joining the Natonal Guard to get out of serving in Vietnam?

When i look at the horrific injuries of the young men and women coming back from Iraq and how unpopular and meaningless the vietnam war was, should we blame Bush for getting out of serving in Vietnam?
How does that relate to the Iraq war/occupation?
I heard a news pundit say Bush doesnt want a pullout like the one in Vietnam on the Republicans hands so he will push it off on the next President.

Hey back then If my father had the politcal pull Bush's father did he would have tried to get me in the guard....I probably would have enlisted anyway....At the time I was uncomfortable avoiding service...felt it was my obligation.

Toughest thing for me today as a father and a Vietnam Veteran was to stay quiet when my son elected to become a commissioned officer in the US Army. He too feels it is an obligation. I cannot argue with that. As a father I do retain the right to worry and spend a lot of time with prayers of intercession.

* Issuing unit: Vietnam Immigration Department
* Processing time: 1 to 2 working days
* Processing fee: 25 USD (1 month single), 30 USD (1 month multiple), 35 USD (3 month single)...more (stamping fee NOT included)
* Without Passport requirement
* How to get it? You go online at vietnamvisaexpress.com, fill in the secure form, and just wait 1-2 days until you receive your Visa Approval Letter, and take this + your passport + 2 photos to Vietnam to get your visa at airport. This seems to be the cheapest and easiest way to get a visa to Vietnam from India
