Holocaust was awful thing, but why people speak more about it than about people who got killed by soviet army.

From Latvia in time of soviet occupation 13 624 families were sent to Sibiria and almost all children and old peoples of them died. Mens were sent to work camps and many of them died. All who resisted were executed some even without court or sent to camps to work. Most of them didn't returned. Of course it is old history, but problem is in that Russya have never admitted it or appologized. Of course they understand it would be case of compensation over billions of $. But money is not primary. It would be good if they would just apologize.

Yea, but if you check media you heard twice more about crimes of nazi than crimes of Soviets.

Nobody is preventing you or anyone else from discussing this.

The Holocaust was 'unique' for want of a better word, because it was the systematic attempt to wipe out an entire religious group.

Ironically, it is rarely if ever Jews who raise the subject. As in this post, it is non Jews who bring it up and then ask why WE keep talking about it!

- I wasn't aware it is a contest? Listen, if you feel that strongly then damn well start publicising what happened yourself! In fact what you are referring to has NOTHING to do with any attention rightfully given to the Holocaust.

Quality and trust are two of the reasons people buy brand names. But doesn't buying brand names mean higher price? Not necessarily.
