noisy toshiba r-25 and low battery life?
Hello guys, I was wondering if you can help me with some issues that I have with my tablet. Even when I have more problems with my computer, these are the main problems.
I bought this toshiba R25-S3523 about a year and 4 months ago, and the main problems that I have are the following:
- it makes a very loud noise, like an airplane turbine, when I want to use the tablet feature (this is really uncomfortable for me because I need to use it during my lectures, and the noise disturbs the whole class)
- My battery life decreased from one day to another. When I first bought the tablet, the battery usually lasted about 2 hours 30 minutes with low screen image and using MICROSOFT ONENOTE. However, from one day to another, my battery only gets AT MAX. 30 minutes doing nothing.
Any comments? any idea on how to solve these problems?
P.S: I think I'll never buy a toshiba again. Do you recommend any other, it doesnt matter, tablet, notebook, desktop. I just want something that works
Sorry to know that it didnt work well for you. Sounds like the graphic card in your Toshiba is unable to hold the tablet feature. ONLY graphic card is the one which makes that airplane turbine noise. My 8 years experience.
Hay man, it should be WELL within warranty. Why to buy another when you can get it fixed from Toshiba?

These are electronic components, you never know.
Do contact them or write me an email and I will do whatever I can do. I am a troubleshooter and it is pretty hard on my end to see a customer not getting proper support.
